The Best Practice event
The award comes to a ceremonial end at the annual Lean & Green Summit. True to the motto "learning with and from the best", the winners of the Lean & Green Management Award provide valuable insights into the recipes of their success. During an exclusive factory tour, all participants can experience best practice on site. They learn how one of the previous year's winners manages to achieve the highest excellence in Lean & Green.

The last Lean & Green Summit took place on November 7th, 2024 at fischer group in Waldachtal, Germany. During an exclusive Lean & Green Tour, the plant gave extensive insights into their processes. The 2024 prize winners were rewarded at the award ceremony following the tour of the fischer group factory.
