The award for sustainability and excellence
The annual Lean & Green Management Award is an opportunity for all companies to be evaluated in terms of sustainability and lean management in a benchmark and to learn from the best. The award is aimed at companies with at least 150 employees and has been held over a decade since 2012. A jury of representatives from science, business and media decides on the winners. Participation in the award is free of charge.

The Lean & Green Management Award is scientifically supported by the "Technical University of Munich" and the "Technichal University of Würzburg-Schweinfurt".
The support of the universities makes it possible to continuously develop the award and ensure high quality in the evaluations. Anonymous companion studies will make findings from the award available to a broader audience in the future. Through this, it is possible that rapidly changing challenges and the latest developments in the areas of lean management and sustainability are also constantly reflected in the questions of the award.

This year's award will take place on November 7th, 2024 at fischer group of companies in Waldachtal, Baden-Württemberg, Germany - participation is free of charge for 2 people from all companies participating in the Award 2024. For winning companies of the Lean & Green Management Award 2024, participation is free for up to 5 people.
Guidelines
Participation in the competition is free of charge. The Lean and Green Management Award is aimed at companies from all sectors with at least 150 employees at the participating location.
The application period for 2023 has already expired. An application for 2024 is already possible. Please send us an email to inform you in due course. We will be happy to send you the questionnaire at the beginning of 2024.
Please send us the questionnaire back by email and as a PDF document. After downloading the PDF, please fill out the questionnaire. Pay attention to the following points:
- Please complete the questionnaire. If certain values are not available, qualified estimates or approximate calculations are also possible.
- If certain questions are not relevant to you, please use the comment function in the individual cells or use the comment fields.
- Filling out is possible either via checkboxes or text fields.
- Most of the questions ask for a qualitative rating on a scale of 1-5.
- All questions serve as an initial orientation. In the case of an assessment, information per category is scrutinized in detail.
- You are also welcome to send us sets of slides, comments and explanations separately for the questionnaire within a manageable framework.
