Energy efficiency officer
Everything you need to know about the requirements of a modern energy management system in accordance to ISO 50001, which enables companies to continuously improve their energetic performance through a systematical management approach, while also taking the legal requirements and obligations into consideration.
CONTENT: energy policy goals and programs, evaluation of energy aspects, energy efficiency check: current state analysis as a starting point for improvements, differences to ISO 14001, legal foundations, structure/implementation/further development of energy management systems, collecting energy-related information and data, integration into existing management systems. The training consists of 2 modules (management system structure & energy technology) and is completed with a certification exam to become an energy efficiency officers.

Environmental management officer
Manage your company's processes and actively align your organisation with environmentally relevant aspects.
CONTENT: analysis of standards, practical implementation and application through workshops and case studies, development of a process-oriented management system (in accordance to ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001), basics, terms and standards of process management methodology, project process, preparation and process of certification, creation of a process landscape and corporate policy.
TIP: After 3 modules, visit our workshop to increase the sustainability of the content developed and to prepare for certification.
TARGET GROUP: waste management & quality officers, quality managers, people with quality management knowledge, occupational safety/health managers, safety specialists & confidants, people with MS experience, auditors, people who implement/maintain environmental management systems

TAE Lean Experts
CONTENT: After successfully completing the course, you will be able to analyze production and logistics processes. You will recognize methodically supported potential and realize this under your own responsibility for implementation. As a project manager, you will be able to take on a formative and decisive function in the production environment and be a competent contact person for all questions relating to lean management.

Value stream oriented process management
CONTENT: The training combines the advantages of efficiency-oriented value stream design with effectiveness-oriented process management in a new approach. The content is conveyed theoretically as well as through practice-oriented examples and application-oriented group exercises.
