An Exercise in Excellence
Benchmarking benefits your company directly—you see where you stand among Europe's top performers. And best-practice sharing affords you insight into the things that others industries do well.
Participate for free in the first round of the Lean & Green Management Award by returning a completed questionnaire.
The Lean & Green Award showed us that additional improvement in resource efficiency is possible when we combine the processes and methods from our production system with the environment management. The audit gave us valuable input which we can easily include into our existing processes!
Most we liked the open and profound feedback which was given together with an implementation approach.
The detailed feedback directly at the end of the visit with strengths, potentials, and recommendations allows direct improvement work and delivered important suggestions for the further integration of “Green"-Aspects into our production system.
With our participation we wanted to use the opportunity to see our Lean@PLM approaches, our value stream processes as well as our energy management rated in external benchmarking.
Unbiased feedback from experts mirrors real-world observations of your business and points you to your organization's untapped potential. You will see innovative solutions in action. Learn more about the latest best practices in resource efficiency, operational excellence and Industry 4.0. Discover powerful innovations that have already proven their merits in manufacturing. And perhaps even win an award for the best resource management.
This feedback and performance benchmarking is so valuable that many companies take advantage of this opportunity every year.
